An ADSL Internet station is at your disposal completely free of charge. Here you can check your mail, write and print out documents on a laser printer or simply surf your favourite Internet sites, just like at home.
On sale at the reception desk you will find all kinds of public transportation tickets: 75 minute tickets, 24 hour tickets or even 3-day passes. Also available are tickets for the open-top tour buses and for Tiber River cruises.
Each morning you can find newspapers, book taxis, rent cars, exchange currency, book organised tours in and around the city on grand tour buses and find assistance for purchasing tickets to musical, theatrical and sports events. We will also gladly provide any information you may need regarding our city. For those who request it, we offer free of charge our guide to the city featuring itineraries, colour photos and a detailed bus and underground line map.
